Next week's concert is a special one with a 6 PM start (the others will begin at 7 PM), with kid-centric band Patrick Rafferty and the Rock-A-Silly Band. The evening will also feature music by Glen Cutrona, Frank James, and Cause and the Effects. The venue, Conference House Park, is also a great spot to watch the fireworks show over Raritan Bay at 9:20 PM.
Today we remember our neighbors who answered the call to serve and made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. Their strength, their bravery, and their patriotism are an inspiration to us all. Their sacrifice is a reminder that we are always at our best when we stand united as a community.

a Public Scoping Meeting on coastal and social resiliency measures to
be funded by federal Community Development Block Grant Disaster
Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds in and adjacent to Tottenville, on Staten
Island’s South Shore (“Proposed Actions”).
"Walk With A Doctor" will take place this Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 8am-10am at the Staten Island Mall (enter between Red Robin and Applebee's in the JCPenney wing). The event is hosted by Borough President James Oddo and the Richmond County Medical Society.
