 Next intervention of Russia into American elections will take place in New York on 24-26 September in Sheraton HTL (Downtown Brooklyn).

The Borough President of Brooklyn, New York City Eric L. Adams   personally invited Russian Fund "WARP" financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation under the chairmanship of  Mr. Sergey Lavrov.   to organize  in  Brooklyn Congress in support  to Kremlin.   

Representatives of the Russian-language media in the U.S.  consider this action as Propaganda and     Russian interference in the United States elections.  

We draw the attention of Board of Election to that as the Brooklyn  President exchanges the rights for the Russian Propaganda in the U.S.  for voices of Russian-speaking residents of New York.

The Russian government media describing this event have reported as a victory that about 700,000 Russian-speaking citizens, a half of whom lives in Brooklyn, live in New York.

Today, more than ever, Russia needs the support of compatriots abroad and  Russian Government collects the Russian-language press from 60 countries to New York to organize a massive voice in support to Putin.

It is very important for the Kremlin to organize such support a specially from the USA.  Ironically, thanks to Mr.Eric Adams, it will be in New York!

The official task of this congress  - creation positive image of Russia is the World as stated by another congress supporter -  the Fund  "Russki Mir" ("Russian World") which recognized as the "extremist organization"  by The European Parliament's Resolution dated 11.23.2016.

The fund WARP uses in public addresses the name "world association  Russian press" but    actually   registered as World Russian Press Foundation established pursuant to the decision of the Russian Government Commission on the Affairs of Compatriots Abroad on June 30, 2014, under the chairmanship of Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov.

In other words - the fund is created by the Foreign Affairs  Ministry for financing propaganda  in the foreign Russian-language media  as stated By Law:

"The purpose of the Foundation: development of cooperation with the Russian foreign press aimed at the formation of an objective image of Russia..." http://warp.pro/en/p11.html

Because the majority of  Russian-language media organizations and communities don't support a policy   of Kremlin - they are just not invited to this congress.
