Politics: This may be the worst 58 seconds of candidate video in the history of the world

"Why aren't I 50 points ahead, you might ask."

My God. What is this even supposed to be?

I guess she's giving a pre-recorded (or maybe live via video) address to a union convention. No set-up can do this justice. Just be thankful it's only 58 seconds of your life, and that you didn't have to watch it more than once like I did:

So when she asks why she's not leading by 50 points, that prompts me to ask a question of my own: Has a question ever answered itself more clearly and obviously than this one does? Who wants to spend four years listening to this?

I will be the first to tell you that I think the political press spends way too much time on style, delivery and all that kind of thing instead of substance. If Hillary was actually a great candidate who would make a really good president, but she just happened to have this blood-curdlingly awful way of expressing herself, maybe we could rationalize that four years of listening to fingers on a chalkboard is worth it for the wonderful leadership and brilliant governance we'd be getting.

But since she's a completely inept, corrupt, dishonest sleaze who doesn't have the slightest idea what she's doing and would make a horrendous president, for the sake of all that's good and decent, don't subject our ears to this on top of it.

Rob says this is worse than Dukakis in the tank, for those of you who remember that. To me it's not even close. Even the Howard Dean scream isn't this bad. I'm trying to think of anything in memory that rivals this for horribleness, and I'm coming up with nothing.
