Our association took part in a conference held at Delaware State together with Delaware State Congresswoman Blunt Rochester, the United States House of Representatives in Delaware's  at-large congressional district.
That representative of our association was Association's Marine Ambassador to the United States Dr. Searge Tsapenko.

The conference discussed many issues related to Ukraine, work with refugees and environmental problems.
Dr. Searge Tsapenko spoke about the life of Ukrainian Cossacks in Delaware, about working with Ukrainian refugees and informed about environmental problems in the Black Sea.
During the conference Dr. S.Tsapenko held talks with representative of  Rabbi Michael Beals regarding assistance to refugees from Ukraine.
It was decided to continue negotiations at the meeting to be held on August 13th
